Privacy notice
This website collects as little as possible: no cookies, no tracking, and contact details used only to reply to you.
Who is responsible
This website is run by the Office of the Ambassador to UNESCO and Special Envoy to the Commonwealth, part of the Government of Tuvalu. Data controller details and privacy contact to be confirmed
What we collect
If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, email address, the topic and your message. We use them only to read and answer your enquiry, and to pass it to the part of the Government of Tuvalu that can help, if that is needed to reply.
We do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Contact form messages pass through our website hosting and email delivery providers so they can reach the office. Your email address is included so we can reply to you.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and photographs are served from this website itself, so visiting a page does not send your information to other companies. The one exception is the video on the Climate & Oceans page: it loads from YouTube only if you press play, and YouTube then receives your information under its own privacy policy.
Links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, the United Nations or news organisations, take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Write to us through the contact page.
